Shuttered-up summer camp on State Forest land. Cabins, rec hall, mess hall, barns, and more. Out on the lake is an island with some more structures; this summer I'm going to canoe out and camp there. Can't wait!!
There is also a nice old 18th century burial plot up there, like things couldn't get any better:
